Links

Here I'll post the links to several websites I visit on a daily (or almost daily) basis. If you'd like me to include a link to anywhere, either email me, or just comment below.

               Authors I enjoy

Kodi Wolf
Kodi Wolf is one of the first authors I remember reading, over 10 years ago. I recently rediscovered her, and reading her stories (both the original fiction and the fan fiction she has written), actually made me smile and remember exactly why I enjoyed reading this sort of thing, and also writing. I truly recommend visiting her site and reading her stories.

Susan X Meagher
SX Meagher, as I first knew this author by, actually made a 17-year-old believe in love. As most LGBT teenagers in the late 90's, early 2000's I felt I was alone in the world, and I had to work a lot to dispel some misguided notions that I would never have a stable relationship because of my orientation. With her "The San Francisco Series", Susan showed me that it is possible, it isn't just fantasy. I highly recommend reading her work.

LJ Maas
LJ has always been one of my very favorite authors, but unfortunately she lost a battle to cancer and died some years ago. Her website was taken down, so there is no direct link to her works, but some websites still hold them. I especially recommend The Conqueror Series, although unfinished it's a great piece of work. Also you can buy some of her books at some online libraries (I'm not sure about physical ones).

               Blogs

Dorothy Surrenders
This is a blog of Dorothy Snarker (I also recommend following her twitter, it's actually quite entertaining). She writes a lot about several more political issues, and about several more common things. In her own words, it's a pop culture site.

               Fan Fiction sites

The Royal Academy Of Bards
Along with The Bard's Corner, this is one of my very favorite websites. I keep visiting so that I can meet new authors. It dwells in the Xena: Warrior Princess universe, so if it isn't your kind of thing, I advise you not to go.

Mystic Muse
I met Susan's work a while after I met the others. And her site is actually a collection of stories of other works. She doesn't really have a personal website where one can access just her stories. So the Mystic Muse is a collection of several authors, but it deals mainly with Buffy, the Vampire Slayer (and also Angel) universe.

The Bard's Corner
This is one of the few websites that I keep visiting almost on a daily basis, and I got to know a lot of my favorite authors through this website. It was rather exciting to see the new authors coming on board and growing up, and even get published. The stories in this website are mainly about the Xena: Warrior Princess universe, so if, like me, you're a fan of Xena and Gabrielle, this is a place for you.

CN's Caldron of Fan Fiction
Most of CN's work is actually featured in the Mystic Muse, but this author actually deserves her own mention, seeing as she is really good at what she does too.

Bones Fan Fiction
I've only recently started to read fiction set on the Bones universe, and this website seems to have quite a nice selection of stories, for all audiences.

The Pink Rabbit Consortium
This page is all about romantic relationships between women. They have several universes there, from Xena and Buffy, to Stargate, Law and Order or Popular. It's worth a shot.
